Even as this budget is being prepared, we are receiving donations and gaining members, and those totals are not reflected here. Costs should remain unchanged, but this only includes donations from just prior to our show announcement on Feb 16th, 2020. 

WHAT ABOUT THE REST?

As you can see, we have a significant amount of money to raise in order to make this show happen. Aside from relying on the support of you the community and our membership, we are also pursuing businesses to sponsor our production as well as state and local arts grants to go toward the costs of the production. If you would like to be a part of our fundraising efforts, we'd be lucky to have you!

WHAT ABOUT TICKET SALES?

If you work some math with our intended $25 ticket price, we could make as much as $37,500 over five shows at the Hill. It isn't smart to assume sellouts, so we are hoping for $26,500 in revenue based on 70% sales. You won't see that in our budget document, because we intend for every dollar to go into the bank to make future productions possible.
